Hi! Welcome to our home in the cyberpace. We made this blog for our business, Project C & D.

Project C & D is a candy buffet business owned by yours truly, Candice and Diane. We started this venture as a result of our shared desire to own a business. Everything started during a "recovery dinner" after a long day at work. Armed with the carbo-loading meals and desire to earn aside from our day job, we joined forces to start a business partnership.

The idea of the business came from Diane. Her years of blogging made her discover how kiddie parties are celebrated abroad. Diane was initially attracted to the dessert tables more common in US countries. Diane also noticed the growing specialization and niches in the food catering industry. Before, all foodie treats are provided by the lone caterer. The concept of specialization seems to extend even in the food catering industry. It started with the beverage and dessert stations. Diane later discovered the existence of candy stations, kiosks, carts to different kiddie parties. The interest was translated to a business opportunity. Hence, Project C & D was born!

Who is Candice?

Candice is in the finance and accounting profession. She has undergraduate degree in Accountancy and has years of working experience in different accounting functions across industries. She learned the accounting systems of both the trade and service industry.

Candice is a survivor and has an inspiring story to share. She underwent a major brain surgery years ago. With God's grace and her strong determination, Candice was able to survive a very sensitive operation that required her to leave work for a year.

Who is Diane?

Diane is a Corporate Planner and a part time college professor. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics and MBA. She spends most of her time preparing technical reports and serves as research consultant for freelance. She also maintains a personal and lifestyle blog where she unleashes her love for food, photography and DIY projects.

Why Project?

The name was adopted from the Facebook photo album made by Diane for their first  attempt of candy buffet.  Because we can't think of a unique and creative name, we decided to stick with Project C and D.
